We serve Central Virginia fleets with mobile, on-site visits. Contact us with your facility location and driver count to confirm availability and scheduling.
How do I schedule a fleet DOT day?
Call, email, or send the scheduling request below. Share your location, estimated driver count, service needed and preferred date. We will coordinate details with you; a request is not a confirmed appointment.
What does a mobile fleet day cost?
DOT physical pricing is $155 per driver for 1–4 drivers, $150 for 5–10, $145 for 11–14, and $140 for 15 or more. A $300 mobile fleet day minimum applies. Confirm your total when booking. Urine testing is quoted separately.
Is the $300 minimum an additional fee?
The flyer describes a $300 mobile fleet day minimum covering dedicated clinical time, travel, setup, equipment, preparation and on-site service. The estimator treats this as the minimum total for DOT physicals, not a separate $300 surcharge. Confirm the final quote with us.
What should drivers bring?
Ask us for the appointment preparation checklist when scheduling. Have your driver’s license, current medical certificate if applicable, medication list and any requested medical records available. Bring prescribed glasses, contacts or hearing aids you use.
Is a DOT physical the same as a drug test?
No. A DOT medical examination and a DOT urine drug test are separate services. Tell us whether your drivers need physicals, urine testing, or both so we can coordinate the right visit.
Which FMCSA urine tests do you offer?
Pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion / cause, post-accident, return-to-duty and follow-up urine testing. Contact us for testing prices and collection arrangements. This listing is for urine drug testing; it does not include alcohol testing.
How do return-to-duty and follow-up tests work?
These urine collections must be directly observed. Return-to-duty testing follows the applicable SAP process; follow-up testing follows the SAP-prescribed plan. Coordinate with your employer or program administrator before booking. A test alone does not complete the return-to-duty process.
Can you help with an urgent post-accident test?
Call 804-731-6688 immediately to confirm availability. Online requests are not monitored for emergencies or time-sensitive testing. Do not wait for a website response when a testing deadline applies; coordinate with your employer or testing program administrator.
Are weekend visits available?
Weekend availability may be discussed. Contact us with your preferred date and fleet size; all visits are subject to scheduling confirmation.
Are telehealth and wellness visits available now?
Occupational health expansion, wellness and preventative care, and telehealth are planned future services. They are not currently available to book. Contact us to express interest.
Does an exam guarantee a medical certificate?
No. Certification depends on the medical examination and applicable qualification requirements. The examiner may need additional information before making a determination.
